KoiGlide (hereinafter “the Software”) is maintained by an independent developer. This policy explains how we handle information related to you. In short: the Software runs locally on your device, and we collect virtually no personal information.

• does not send usage data or telemetry over the network during daily operation;
• connects to the licensing relay only once, at first activation of the License Key (transmitting the Key and a device instance identifier), and never goes online again after activation;
• does not read unrelated files on your device.

2. Payment Information

Purchases are completed through a third-party platform; we do not store your payment credentials:

• Creem (creem.io) processes credit-card / PayPal payments and issues the License Key.

3. Support Communication

When you voluntarily contact us at [email protected], we receive the email address and content you provide, used solely to reply to your question and for no other purpose.

4. Website Storage and Third-party Tracking

This official site carries no ads and integrates no third-party behavioral analytics or ad-tracking scripts; it uses only browser storage needed for basic functions, such as remembering your language preference. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

5. Your Rights

You may write to us at any time to request deletion of your personal information involved in support communication, and we will process it within a reasonable time.
