By using KoiGlide (hereinafter “the Software”), you agree to the following terms.

1. License and Pricing

• The Software is sold as a one-time personal, non-commercial license, installable on up to three devices you own.
• Price on this site: $4.99 (USD). Versions obtained through the Microsoft Store are subject to that store's pricing and terms.
• The final amount shown at checkout on the payment platform is the amount charged.

2. Delivery

Purchases are completed through a third-party payment provider, which acts as the seller (Merchant of Record) for your payment and whose name appears on your statement. Your License Key is then delivered automatically — no manual processing required.

3. Activation and License

• The Software is a one-time purchase with no subscription and no auto-renewal.
• First launch automatically starts a 3-day trial — no immediate activation needed. After the trial, activate once online: enter your License Key under “Settings → About → Activate” to complete online verification.
• Once activated, the license is stored locally and the Software runs offline; daily use does not depend on a server.
• A single License Key may be activated on up to 3 devices; you can deactivate an old device in Settings and reactivate.
• After a refund or a payment dispute, the corresponding license may be deactivated, and activated devices will no longer be able to use the Software.

4. Refund Policy

• The Software is a digital product, so refunds are generally not available without a specific reason.
• If the Software cannot run properly on your device, contact support ([email protected]) within 7 days of purchase; once verified we will help resolve the issue or issue a refund. After a refund, the corresponding License Key will be deactivated.
• Platform-side refunds also follow the payment platform’s rules; if you have already requested a refund on the platform, the platform’s handling prevails.

5. Usage Restrictions

• You may not resell, rent, distribute or use the Software for commercial purposes;
• You may not reverse-engineer, crack or remove the copyright markings of the Software;
• The License Key is for the purchaser only and may not be shared or transferred. Breaching any of the restrictions above may result in termination of the license.

6. Automatic Updates

The direct-download version from this site does not yet support automatic updates; this is planned for a future release. Versions installed through the Microsoft Store are updated by the Store. New versions will be published on the official site, and major changes will be announced separately.

7. Disclaimer

The Software is provided “as is”. The developer has made reasonable efforts to ensure its stability and usability, but is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Software. By using the Software, you acknowledge and agree to the above.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date, and major changes will be announced separately. Continuing to use the Software means you accept the updated terms.
